Finding stillness and mental clarity through physical practice
Zen yoga is a mindful movement practice which emphasises being fully present in each pose rather than striving for perfect form. Intentional and mindful movment is used with breath awareness to stay connected in the present moment. Physical alignment and awareness of the body's tension points unblocks and frees up energy in the body. Students leave the class with clarity and feeling energised.
